1) Independent Contractor Relationship. Referral Agent (RA) is a 1099 employee of Credit Justice Services, LLC (CJS). RA agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all of his/her own expenses and taxes while undertaking this venture. RA understands that CJS will not subsidize, compensate, reimburse, or the like, such expenses or taxes. CJS will pay RA bi-weekly: mailed check or direct deposit.

2) RA will receive a 10% compensation of the total invoice on all files processed by CJS. A processed client file by definition is any client that submits payment for the “75 Day Credit Makeover tm” to CJS. The parties agree that this Agreement does not create an agency relationship, joint venture, or partnership between them, and agree that RA is an independent contractor of CJS.
