Our process is simple, yet effective. Credit Justice Services will receive your credit report marked with those items you would like to dispute.
A representative will be assigned to your specific file in order to better assist you in the credit repair process.
Once the first round of dispute letters to the credit bureaus is created, you will be given a username and password to sign on to the CJS system. You will then download, print, and sign your letters, and mail them to the three credit bureaus.
Once the letters have been mailed out, you can just sit back, relax, and collect the responses (the bureaus have a 30-day deadline to respond).
About one month after your mail-out date, your assigned representative will contact you with a friendly reminder that it is time to mail in all the responses you have received from the bureaus thus far.
The above process will be repeated with a second round of letters, re-disputing those negative items which remain on your credit report.
The third round of letters is much the same; however, they are mailed out certified mail, and the bureaus are given only 15 days to respond. |
